Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Custom orders may take longer — we'll communicate any delays.
Free Shipping: All orders over $50 ship free anywhere in the contiguous USA.
Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $50 ship for a flat $5.99 fee.
Carriers: We ship via USPS and UPS. Carrier selection is made at our discretion based on package size and destination.
Delivery Time: 3–7 business days from ship date. You'll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships.
US Only: We currently ship within the continental United States only.
Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described.
How to Return: Contact us at support@coreprintwork.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll send return instructions.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
Custom Orders: Custom-designed or custom-colored items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
Exchanges: We're happy to exchange defective items for the same product. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
